THE EVENT OF THE WINTER SEASON IN BUFFALO NY

We're coming together this holiday season to bring an end to the silence that surrounds mental health stigma. Join us for food, drinks, dancing, and fun for the whole family, all with the purpose of raising money and awareness for mental health resources in WNY.

All donations fundraised this year will be supporting Horizon’s Teen Mental Health Program, which creates programming for schools in the Western New York area including educational opportunities inclusive of counselor and parent/ family liaison time, presentations, and staff meetings and trainings, etc.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Event Set Up

As a member of our A Not So Silent Night Set Up Team, you will be responsible for helping us turn the Buffalo Convention Center into a holiday  wonderland!

Responsibilities as a member of the Set Up Team include helping set up lights, tables, chairs, signage, merchandise and raffle items (moving heavier items may be included).

Registration Team & Registration Overseer

As a member of our A Not So Silent Night Registration Team, you will be one of the first friendly faces people see as they enter the event!

Responsibilities as a member of the Registration Team include processing guest transactions via cash or card in a timely manner, providing our corporate sponsors with the proper gift bags, and making sure the check in process goes as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities as an Overseer include helping our volunteers with any issues with guest transactions, assisting our guests with any questions they may have, and making sure the check-in process goes as smoothly as possible (must be 18 years or older).

Clean Up Team

As a member of our A Not So Silent Night Clean Up Team, you will be responsible for

helping us clean up the Buffalo Convention Center following the event on 12/26 10-2pm

Responsibilities as a member of the Clean Up Team include helping break down lights, tables, chairs, signage, merchandise and raffle areas (moving heavier items may be included).
